Benvenuti nel nostro appartamento vacanza. Per garantire un soggiorno piacevole, vi preghiamo di seguire attentamente le seguenti istruzioni:
Check-in:
- Le chiavi saranno disponibili in una scatola portachiavi situata alla sinistra del portone principale, attaccata al balcone.
- Il check-in deve avvenire dopo le ore 16:00.
- La combinazione per sbloccare la scatola è costituita dalle ultime 4 cifre del vostro numero di telefono.
- Troverete due chiavi: una per il portone principale e una per il garage.
- Utilizzate la tessera per attivare la corrente elettrica e accedere all’appartamento: posizionatela sul cilindro elettronico e attendete che la luce verde si accenda prima di entrare nell’appartamento.
- Inserite la tessera nel lettore per attivare l’energia elettrica. Notate che solo il frigorifero rimarrà acceso senza la tessera inserita.
Garage:
- Il garage è accessibile tramite le scale interne o uscendo e girando a destra dopo i bidoni dell’immondizia.
- Nel garage, troverete due biciclette e un lucchetto per le bici.
- In caso di smarrimento delle biciclette, la penale sarà di 300 euro a bicicletta.
Regole generali:
- È vietato fumare all’interno dell’appartamento.
- Non sono ammessi animali domestici.
- Rispettate il numero massimo di persone consentite.
- Eventuali danni dovranno essere risarciti.
- Le finestre e le porte devono essere chiuse correttamente.
- Dalle 14:00 alle 16:30, si prega di evitare rumori eccessivi per rispettare le regole del condominio.
- Più elettrodomestici accesi insieme ai condizionatori potrebbero far scattare l'automatico.
Check-out:
- Il check-out deve avvenire entro le 11:00 del mattino.
- Lasciate le chiavi sul tavolo insieme alla tassa di soggiorno (1 euro al giorno a persona).

Welcome to our vacation apartment. To ensure a pleasant stay, please carefully follow the instructions below:
Check-in:
- The keys will be available in a key box located to the left of the main entrance, attached to the balcony.
- Check-in must occur after 4:00 PM.
- The combination to unlock the key box consists of the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- You’ll find two keys: one for the main entrance and one for the garage.
- Use the card to activate the electricity and access the apartment: place it on the electronic cylinder and wait for the green light before entering.
- Insert the card into the reader to activate the electrical power. Note that only the refrigerator will remain on without the card inserted.
Garage:
- The garage is accessible via the internal stairs or by exiting and turning right after the garbage bins.
- In the garage, you’ll find two bicycles and a bike lock.
- In case of bicycle loss, a penalty of 300 euros per bike will apply.
General Rules:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Respect the maximum number of allowed occupants.
- Any damages must be compensated.
- Ensure that windows and doors are closed properly.
- From 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM, please avoid excessive noise to comply with condominium rules.
- When multiple appliances are turned on simultaneously with air conditioners, it could trip the circuit breaker. The air conditioner, along with other high-power devices, can exceed the capacity of the circuit breaker, leading to an automatic shutdown for safety. To resolve this issue, consider reducing the electrical load by turning off some appliances.
Check-out:
- Check-out must occur by 11:00 AM.
- Leave the keys on the table along with the tourist tax (1 euro per person per day).
